- Project and Change Management Conference 2020
Following the latest government guidance regarding Covid-19 and the subsequent impact on individuals’ priorities, we have taken the decision to postpone the ‘Enabling Change at the University of Leeds: Project and Change Management Conference’.
We will be rearranging this conference for later in the year and will be in touch with more information once the details are confirmed.
If anyone has any questions they were planning to raise at the conference, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to support: email@example.com.
Many thanks for your interest, we hope you will be able to join us at future events.
The first Project and Change Management Conference on Tuesday 31 March is focused on the theme of ‘Enabling Change’ at the University. Hosted by the Business Change service, the day has been designed to bring together expertise from a range of areas including risk management, communications, people and change, process analysis, and technology.
This event offers the opportunity for colleagues across the University who are interested or involved in delivering change in any way to find out how change is positioned as part of the overall strategy and vision, with information on the roles and support available from services around the University, alongside interactive sessions where you get to try it out for yourself. The day aims to provide you with the theory and tools required to manage and successfully deliver a project or change.
The conference is taking place in the Liberty Building on the University of Leeds campus. Places are limited and we ask that you aim to attend the full day where possible.
To support the University’s sustainability goals, the refreshments and lunch provided will aim to be vegan and the conference will aim to be paper free.
A full agenda is available below or to download, with opportunities for networking and Q&A.
DUE TO HIGH LEVELS OF INTEREST, ANY FURTHER REGISTRATIONS OF INTEREST WILL BE ADDED TO A WAITING LIST.
