Enabling Change: Autumn Webinar Series 2020

Earlier this year we had planned to launch the inaugural Project and Change Management Conference. A lot has changed since then! Due to the social distancing measures still in place, the team have decided to turn the agenda into a autumn webinar series which will be delivered virtually.

The webinar series will focus on the theme of ‘Enabling Change’ at the University. Hosted by the Change@Leeds Steering Group, the series has been designed to bring together expertise from a range of areas including risk management, people and change, process analysis, and governance.

These webinars are aimed at anyone involved or interested in enabling project or change activity across the University. There is lots of progress being made across the functions that collaborate together to support change activity, so this is your chance to find out more.

You might want to attend if you are:

  • A Project Manager who isn't directly associated with one of the PMO's in IT, Estates or Business Change.
  • Someone who has been asked to facilitate change activity in your Faculty, School or Service.

A full outline of the webinar sessions is available below.

If you’d like to know more or have any questions, please get in touch. You can email us on deliveringresults@leeds.ac.uk or you can post your query to our Delivering Results Yammer community.
