With this guide book, we’ve carefully selected some of the more recognisable and accessible tools to help you to illustrate your processes, whether that be for a specific project, or just to help the day-to-day operation of your area.

As with Delivering Results we’ve taken the approach of combining our knowledge and experience to come up with what we believe is a useful toolkit and an easy to use framework for Documenting and Designing processes. This guide is available online as well as in booklet format.
