Enhanced Process Modelling (UML)
UML = Unified Modelling Language. UML provides a suite of diagrams for representing behaviour and system structure. Here we have used the ACTIVITY diagram, which is used to illustrate the step-by-step workflow of a process.
The BCS (British Computer Society) advocate that UML Activity Modelling is taught on their International Diploma in Business Analysis course.
