Process Standards

This segment of the guide includes a summary of the shapes discussed previously in the Mapping and Modelling section. Further guidance on the use of these shapes has been added where appropriate.

Also included are some standards to adhere to when mapping and modelling processes. By aligning to these standards the University of Leeds will be able to demonstrate a consistent methodology and develop the shared understanding of its processes.
